By using PrivatePulse ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms may be updated at any time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Everything on PrivatePulse is for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other advice regulated by any financial authority. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution.

Valuations produced by the calculator are estimates based on publicly available data and modelling assumptions. They are not appraisals. Actual realised value may differ materially — including being zero. Do not make financial, employment, or tax decisions based solely on output from this tool.

We attempt to keep data accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or valuation output. All data is sourced from public filings, press releases, and market indications; it has not been independently verified and may be outdated or incorrect.

PrivatePulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to any of the companies listed on the platform, including OpenAI, Anthropic, SpaceX, Stripe, Databricks, xAI, Anduril, Perplexity, Mistral, or Cursor / Anysphere. Company names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute the data or valuation models for commercial purposes without written permission. You may share results via the built-in URL-sharing feature.

Plans. We offer four tiers: Free, Employee Pro ($29/month or $290/year), Investor Pro ($99/month), and Investor Plus ($299/month). Pricing and features are as listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We may change pricing for new subscribers at any time; existing subscribers keep their current rate through the end of the then-current billing period.

Billing. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled. Card processing is handled by Stripe; we never store your card details. EU customers will be charged applicable VAT.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from the account page via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues until then. No partial refunds for unused time within a paid period.

Refunds. We offer a no-questions 14-day refund on any first payment for a given plan tier. Email hello@privatepulse.io from the billing email address. Refunds beyond 14 days are at our discretion.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we will retry per Stripe's standard schedule and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected within 14 days, Pro access is suspended; the account itself is retained.

The Investor Plus tier includes REST API access at /api/v1/*. API use is subject to:

• Rate limit: 1,000 requests per hour per token. Bulk-export endpoints count as 10 requests each.
• Fair use: The API is for your own use or your direct customers — not for redistribution as a public service or as a wholesale data feed.
• Caching: You may cache responses for up to 24 hours; older cached data should be refreshed.
• Attribution: If you publish or republish output derived from our data, attribute "Source: PrivatePulse" with a link.
• Suspension: Repeated rate-limit violations or breach of these rules may result in token suspension after one written warning.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrivatePulse and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, including any reliance on valuation estimates.

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
